Book fairs are scheduled at least twice a year, usually in August and May. The August book fair is scheduled to coincide with Open House.

Book fairs promote the children's love of reading and books and provide an opportunity for students to safely shop for reading materials.

Proceeds for the book fairs are used to purchase library books.

Pens and pencils, erasers, sharpeners, crayons, folders and other school supplies are sold daily in the library before school and during recess periods.

Profits from these sales are used to purchase library books, supplies (tape, glue, etc.), and for prizes and materials used in promotional activities during Book Week and Library Week.
