Dear Parents/Guardians:

The holiday season is upon us, the days are shorter, and the sweets more plentiful. Please try to keep your child as active as possible. We all tend to add some extra weight during this time of the year, so a few extra minutes spent moving can help offset that weight gain. Some excellent activities are walks after supper, bike rides on the weekend, or a family game of tag. These are all good forms of exercise in addition to time well spent with the family.

Have a happy holiday season and stay as active as possible.
