The Whispering Forest Library endeavors to provide an environment that encourages love of reading and learning. The atmosphere is open, loving, respectful, and supportive. Because of this, children look forward to visiting the library.

Lessons are conducted that promote a love for reading and books, basic facts about books, sequencing, theme, character, and plot. As well, students are taught library and reference skills, so that they can become independent users of the library. Using these skills, our children can reach the goal of being life-long learners.
